MTLegal Team — Strategic Partnership (India)

TSL Partners has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with MTLegal Team (EAZYMTLEGAL SOLUTIONS LLP), a law firm based in Delhi, India.

India–Japan cross-border activity continues to grow in both directions, and the two firms will work together to support it. Areas of cooperation include market entry structuring, incorporation and employment matters, compliance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, cross-border M&A, and international IP strategy.

The firms will also refer clients to each other on a non-exclusive basis, subject to conflict checks and the client’s prior consent, and plan joint seminars and publications on India–Japan market entry.

Each firm remains an independent practice and takes sole responsibility for the matters it accepts.
