Briddge Legal & Finance — Strategic Partnership (Netherlands)

TSL Partners has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Briddge Legal & Finance, headquartered in Amsterdam, with offices in the Netherlands, London and Los Angeles.

Briddge supports non-EU companies expanding into Europe with integrated services covering legal, tax, accounting, payroll, HR, immigration and Employer of Record. Combined with our Japan entry practice, the two firms can support companies moving in either direction between Japan and Europe.

The firms will also refer clients to each other on a non-exclusive basis, subject to conflict checks and the client’s prior consent, and plan joint seminars, publications and events on Japan–Europe expansion.

Each firm remains an independent practice and takes sole responsibility for the matters it accepts.
