Anna Tanaka

Anna Tanaka focuses her practice on corporate and commercial law, regularly advising international companies on legal matters relating to their business operations in Japan.
She began her legal career at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune, one of Japan’s leading law firms, where she worked on a range of corporate matters, including M&A and dispute resolution. Since joining TSL Partners, she has continued to advise both Japanese and international clients on corporate and commercial matters.
She takes a practical and business-oriented approach, looking beyond the immediate legal issue to understand each client’s broader objectives and long-term business needs. She works closely with clients to navigate complex matters and identify solutions that support their business going forward.
